The purpose of this site is to draw attention to the powerful, inspiring, progressive, revolutionary town that is Fairfield, Iowa. This town is like the hidden treasure you wish you found earlier so you could use it to make your life the best life ever. That’s how great this place is.
For a town of less than 10,000 it’s pretty cool that it has the first solar powered radio station in the Midwest, the most homes with solar energy or other green building features in Iowa, more Inc. 500 companies than any other town its size, more restaurants per capita than San Francisco (representing over 10 nationalities), an accredited University boasting consciousness-based education, and it’s really, really pretty.
So please enjoy this tribute to the awesomeness that is this community.
